Carnegie Mellon University

Carnegie Mellon University is a popular university of research in Pennsylvania. It was established in the year 1900 and was founded by Andrew Carnegie. This university first started as Carnegie Technical Schools and emerged as the Carnegie Institute of Technology in the year 1912. The Carnegie Institute of Technology joined hands with the Mellon Institute of Industrial Research to give rise to the university of Carnegie Mellon. The university cover an area of about one hundred and forty acres.
A total of about seven schools and colleges are registered under the Carnegie Mellon University. They are College of Fine Arts, School of Computer Science, Mellon College of Science, Tepper School of Business, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Carnegie Institute of Technology and H.
